The Leading Intelligence Framework
Most teams can solve problems. The trouble is they solve the wrong one, misread the one in front of them, or quietly learn to live with it. Leading Intelligence builds Ps Q, the Problem Solving Quotient: the ability to recognize, identify, and manage the real problem.
Ps Q ◆ Me Q ◆ We Q

Why It Matters
Smart, capable teams rarely lack effort. They lose time and trust by pointing that effort at the wrong thing.
Energy goes into fixing what is visible instead of what is causing it.
A people issue gets treated as a process issue, or the other way around, and the fix never sticks.
The workaround becomes the way things are done, and nobody remembers why.
Ps Q
Ps Q is the center of the framework. It is a problem response system: a clear, practical way to respond when something goes wrong, so the team isn't left relying on instinct or on whoever is loudest in the room.
Notice there is a problem before it becomes a crisis, including the ones everyone has learned to step around.
Name the real problem, separate it from its symptoms, and agree on it before anyone starts fixing.
Choose a response, give the next move one clear owner, and follow through until it is done.
The human judgment layer in an AI-saturated world
AI can give you a dozen answers in seconds. Knowing which problem is worth answering is still a human job.
How It's Built
On a questionnaire, people answer as the person they wish they were. Under pressure, they act like the person they are. So Ps Q is built through practice: live drills on real situations, with direct feedback, until the new response is the one that shows up.
These tools grew out of more than 20 years of interactive storytelling and theatre with youth, families, and educators, including rival gangs in the same room. They were tested with the toughest audiences before they came to professional teams.
Where You'll Find It
