About Leading Intelligence
Leading Intelligence helps experts, managers, and leaders communicate clearly and lead well. Our methods draw on experiential learning, psychology, and the discipline of live performance.

Founder & Lead Facilitator
My work is about growing human potential. I love the moment someone has an insight, discovers something new about how they lead or speak, and starts improving right there in the room.
I spent many years working with children, families, and educators because so many of our core skills and our view of the world take shape early. That work was about empowering young people for life. Now I bring it to adults, because the world keeps changing and the skills we learned early need to grow and change along with it.
Today I work with legal, healthcare, education, and technical professionals, helping them build the skills to lead, present, and solve problems in a changing world.
I'm an award-winning international speaker, and I placed 11th of more than 30,000 contestants in the World Championship of Public Speaking.
Our Approach
We turn training rooms into practice labs. People work on the real presentations, meetings, and conversations ahead of them, get direct feedback, and leave with tools they use the next morning.
Live drills and rehearsal instead of slides and lectures.
Built around what your people actually face, not generic scenarios.
Scripts, checklists, and playbooks that keep working after we leave.
Every program builds the ability to recognize, identify, and manage the real problem.
Beyond the Training Room
I also bring Margaret "Molly" Brown to life in keynotes and workshops on leadership, speaking up, and creating change. Surviving the Titanic was the least interesting thing about her. As a docent at the Molly Brown House Museum, I've spent years with her real story, and it still shows people how to lead when it matters.
Since 2019, I have hosted the Denver Philosophy Group, a free monthly conversation for curious people of any background. It began as a gift for my mother, who loved philosophy. Today more than 1,000 people follow along to explore questions about consciousness, technology, leadership, and hope. Listening is valued as much as speaking.
When I'm not in a training room, you'll find me cycling. This summer I rode over 1,000 miles on my Class 1 e-bike.
